As an art therapist and artist, I truly believe that art can be a powerful way to express oneself and get in touch with one’s strengths and capacities! It’s very exciting to explore new ways to reach and support people living with Alzheimer’s, and their caregivers, through art therapy sessions.

Through art therapy, carers have the opportunity to express themselves and enhance their well-being. The workshops imbue the present moment with meaning and allow participants to maintain their dignity.
